1. Do you sell your original artwork?

 

For the time being, I do not sell originals; however, if you would like a museum-quality giclée print, you can purchase those through my website. Alternatively you can order a digital download and have it made just the way you like, either on paper, canvas, metal, and more!

2. Do you accept commissioned projects?

 

I do, however, each project is dependant on the season and current schedule. If you are interested in a custom piece, please contact me.

 

3. Do you have a newsletter subscription form?

 

Yes! On each page of the website, there is a SUBSCRIBE section that will sign you up to receive important news, new releases, exclusive sales, and more.

 

4. Do you offer helps or tips on printing Digital Downloads?

 

Yes! As a matter of fact I have put together a detailed Printing Guide that not only makes suggestions for the best online print shops based on your location, but also offers tips on how to print at home, based on which printer you use! See the Printing Guide page here.

 

5. Do you have a return policy?

Digital Downloads: all digital downloads are final sale due to the nature of the product. All of our files are high-res and ready-to-print; often if errors in downloading or printing occur, files are generally not downloaded properly. Please ensure that when downloading your file, you do not right-click on the image to save it to your computer. Be sure to click the download button next to the file to ensure the image is not compromised. That way, your file is full resolution for printing at home, or online.

Shipped Prints: All of my prints are made-to-order (with the exception of limited edition prints). As they are made custom for each customer, I do not allow for refunds at this time; however, if an item arrives damaged, please contact me.

I will require photo evidence, as well as your order number – often times damaged prints are the result of delivery errors. Having this evidence on hand will help in ensuring you receive a print in mint condition!

7. How long does it take to receive a digital download? How long does it take to receive a shipped print?

 

Digital downloads are delivered instantly to your email via a link on your receipt/order receipt.

Shipped prints generally take 1-4 business days to process (print/package) and then depending on your location, delivery times can take anywhere from 2-10 business days.

8. Do you offer tracking for Shipped Prints?

 

Yes, all shipped prints come with tracking.

 

9. Do you ship from your studio?

 

As I have outgrown my studio, I work closely with a professional fine art printer, who prints and ships on my behalf. All prints are matte, fine art, giclee prints, made with love and packaged with care.

 

10. Do you offer wholesale art?

 

This is dependant on many factors – if you are interested please contact me.

 

11. If I purchase your art, may I use it for other purposes?

As the creator of my art, I retain all rights to all artwork made. This includes the rights to custom, sold & commissioned artwork. In some cases, rights may be purchased (please contact me).

• Should my artwork be shown in any publication (editorial magazines, news, blogs posts, etc) kindly credit.

• All and any artwork may not be resold, reproduced or used in any other manner other than for personal use, unless an agreement has been made, and written contracts have been executed for such purposes.
